Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week – Sept 21st to 27th

Today marks the start of Carbon Monoxide Awareness Week. Carbon Monoxide (CO) has no taste and no smell, so it if often referred to as ‘THE SILENT KILLER’.

CO alarms are available from most hardware, DIY shops and large retailers. These alarms DO save lives…. BUT it is important that these are used correctly. They are NOT the same as smoke alarms and should NOT be treated as such.
